From July 1st to 5th, 2026, Caffé Milani will be an official sponsor for the first time at Como Lake Cocktail Week, an event that every summer brings together the most interesting hospitality, restaurant, and mixology businesses on Lake Como. Over the years, this event has become a benchmark for professionals and enthusiasts, capable of enhancing the local area through creativity, drinking culture, and the quality of Como-made hospitality.
For Caffé Milani, participating in this event means contributing to telling the story of the region through Italian craftsmanship that we have preserved since 1937.
A coffee is not just a coffee
At Caffé Milani, we have always believed that coffee is much more than a beverage to be consumed at breakfast or after a meal.
Origin, extraction, preparation: each characteristic defines a unique aromatic profile and a different tasting experience of the product.
It is precisely this versatility that makes coffee an increasingly interesting ingredient for the world of contemporary mixology. Its toasted, spicy, fruity, or floral notes can interact with spirits, vermouths, liqueurs, botanical ingredients, and gastronomic preparations, giving rise to experiences capable of surprising even the most experienced consumers.
Four iconic locations on Lake Como
For our debut at Como Lake Cocktail Week, four locations have chosen to interpret the Caffé Milani product within their competing cocktails.
The Lobby Bar at Il Sereno, in Torno, a hotel symbol of contemporary design on Lake Como, where Caffé Milani Ginseng is used in a recipe inspired by the warm flavors of spices and pastries.
In Como, Fresco Cocktail Shop, on the other hand, proposes a creation that combines Caffè Milani single-origin 100% Arabica with whiskey, fruit, and spices, exploring the most intense and aromatic side of coffee.
In Cernobbio, Piazzetta Lake Como - a gastronomic project led by chef Samuel Carugati and deeply connected to the values of conviviality and the local territory - has chosen to include Caffé Milani in a recipe that intertwines gin, vermouth, and sherry.
Finally, the Bar Manzoni at the Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio offers a preparation built around a cold extraction of Caffé Milani single-origin Etiopia and Kenya, enhanced by botanical ingredients and references to the Alpine territory.
A territory looking to the future
Participation in the Como Lake Cocktail Week represents a valuable opportunity for Caffé Milani to engage with an constantly evolving Horeca world.
In the exclusive context of Lake Como, coffee can contribute to building new forms of storytelling, becoming an ingredient, an experience, and a culture.
For Caffé Milani, it means taking the product out of its most traditional form and observing how it can be reinterpreted by professionals from different worlds, without losing its identity.
From July 1st to 5th
We will closely showcase the drinks, locations, and interpretations that have chosen to use Caffé Milani. And coffee will become the protagonist of new tasting experiences, in the heart of Lake Como.
