Orders and shipments
You can place an order directly from our website by selecting the desired products and completing the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is complete.
Delivery to Italy generally occurs within 5 business days of order confirmation. Within Europe, delivery takes place within 10 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and order volume.
Yes, we ship to Italy, San Marino, the Vatican, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, and Luxembourg. Shipping costs vary by country.
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you'll receive an email with a link to track its status in real time.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact us to request a change or cancellation. Once it's shipped, we can't make any changes.
Payments and returns

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt by notifying Milani Spa (via registered mail or email to shop@caffemilani.it). The return is your responsibility and must be made within 14 days of notification. The products must be intact, unopened, and unused.
The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the returned products.
Gift cards and gift ideas
Our digital gift cards can be purchased directly from the website and used for any available product. Upon purchase, you'll receive a code to enter at checkout.
