Refund policy

The Customer has the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the amount paid.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised as follows:

Within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, the Customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to Milani Spa, Via Provinciale 811, 22030 Lipomo (CO).
The communication may also be sent, within the same period, by telegram or by e-mail to shop@caffemilani.it.

The product must be returned—at the Customer’s expense—within 14 working days from the date the withdrawal notice was sent, to the following address:
Lipomo, Via Provinciale 811 – 22030 (Como).

If the Customer returns products after the above deadline, or returns products that have been opened and/or partially used and are not suitable for being returned, Milani Spa will reject the right of withdrawal and will inform the Customer that the products are available for collection.

Subject to the above limitations, Milani Spa will refund the amount actually paid by the Customer within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned products, by crediting the bank account or credit card indicated by the Customer, or by issuing a cheque.

The refund of the purchase price does not include return shipping costs.
