The 100% Arabica Ethiopian single-origin, with its exuberant aroma, offers unique notes of black pepper and cinnamon. Ethiopia is the country of origin of coffee, and the word "coffee" comes from Kaffa, a region of the country. Legend has it that the plant was discovered here by some shepherds, intrigued by the sight of their goats becoming more agile and alert after eating the berries.
Ethiopian Sidamo, grown between 1,600 and 2,000 metres above sea level, is the most prized and rarest of the Arabica coffees in this land.

Coffee should be stored in its can or in a closed jar, away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight for best preservation.
