Among the various varieties produced in Brazil, the most prized is called Santos and is exported through the port of the same name.
Brazil Santos Cereja Madura is grown in the southern region of Minao Gerais at an altitude of 900-1,000 meters and is subjected to careful selection.

In our shop we have two types of ground coffee: one ideal for moka pot or coffee maker and the other, identified as filter coffee, is ideal for V-60, French press, and American coffee.
Coffee should be stored in its can or in a closed jar, away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight for best preservation.
