The 100% Ethiopian Arabica single-origin, with its exuberant aroma, offers unique notes of black pepper and cinnamon. Ethiopia is the country of origin of coffee, and the word "coffee" comes from Kaffa, a region of the country. Legend has it that the plant was discovered here by shepherds, intrigued by the sight of their goats becoming more agile and alert after eating the berries. Etiopa Sidamo, grown between 1,600 and 2,000 meters above sea level, is the most prized and rarest of the country's Arabica coffees.
