The 2026 edition of TUTTOFOOD has concluded: intense, well-attended, and full of events for professionals and enthusiasts. For four days, our stand in Hall 8 of Rho Fiera Milano was a vibrant space for tasting, dialogue, and discovery, immersed in the energy of an international community increasingly curious about the world of coffee.
Caffè Milani meets focaccia and chocolate
Among the protagonists of our week were two Italian excellences from different gastronomic worlds, whom we invited specifically to demonstrate the cross-cutting nature of our world and to showcase the versatility of coffee through various tasting experiences.
Our first guest was Tossini, a historic Ligurian company emblematic of Genoese focaccia, which has chosen Caffè Milani for years. Together, we explored savory pairings suitable for different times of day: from a Ligurian breakfast with coffee and focaccia to a refreshing break with coffee cream paired with the soft leavened product. A dialogue between simple and distinctly Italian flavors, enthusiastically received by visitors.
The collaboration with Cioccolato Puro, on the other hand, created a deeply sensory journey dedicated to the encounter between coffee and chocolate. Guided tastings, single origins prepared with different methods, and aromatic pairings showed how our two worlds share complexity, raw materials, and a culture of taste.
Thanks to the partners who shared the counter with us, the TUTTOFOOD experience was exciting and the turnout extraordinary: professionals, buyers, partners, and visitors constantly enlivened the exhibition spaces and participated with interest in the events and conversations that arose around Caffè Milani products.

Big news presented at the Fair: Caffè Milani's new compostable capsules
TUTTOFOOD 2026 was also the launchpad to officially present one of the most important innovations in Caffè Milani's sustainable journey: the new line of Nespresso® compatible compostable capsules.
A solution that represents one of the first examples in the Italian coffee market capable of combining:
-
compostability,
-
reduction of household waste,
-
and optimal preservation of coffee aroma.
This result is possible thanks to the choice of packaging the capsules in tinplate cans under nitrogen, a solution that allows the aromatic properties of the coffee to be preserved over time and protects its distinctive notes, while avoiding individual capsule packaging. An approach that combines environmental sustainability and qualitative performance, demonstrating how truly good coffee can be good for both those who drink it and the environment.
Three references were presented at the fair, in a 20-capsule format:
-
Action, intense and balanced organic blend
-
Brazil, prominent single origin with soft and aromatic notes
-
Fine Cafè, with an elegant and delicate profile
The new capsules, officially presented at TuttoFood 2026, will soon be available online and in large-scale retail!
