From May 11 to 14, 2026, Caffé Milani will be at TUTTOFOOD Milan, one of the most important international events for the agri-food and food & beverage sectors. This is a dynamic and international trade fair where companies, professionals, and enthusiasts meet to share experiences, innovations, and the culture of taste.

Caffé Milani will bring its products to TUTTOFOOD, including all the great classics and the new edition of Collezione Privata by Serena Confalonieri, along with some guests who will enrich the coffee ritual with influences from other gastronomic worlds!

At Stand B11, Hall 8, coffee will be the protagonist of a series of events designed to explore its many expressions, thanks to collaborations with two Italian excellences: Tossini and Cioccolato Puro.

Monday, May 11: coffee meets Ligurian tradition with Tossini

The first day of TUTTOFOOD will be dedicated to the encounter between coffee and Ligurian focaccia, thanks to the collaboration with Tossini, a historic Genoa-based company that has been a benchmark in artisanal focaccia production since 1899.

Three events will punctuate the program, each designed to reinterpret different moments of the day through the pairing of coffee with one of the most iconic symbols of Ligurian tradition.

11:00 AM - Ligurian Breakfast: Cappuccino & Focaccia

A proposal rooted in the collective imagination: after a brief introduction to the Ligurian breakfast ritual, cappuccino is paired with focaccia in a simple yet surprising experience, capable of highlighting contrasts and harmonies.

12:00 PM - Coffee Aperitif: Drink & Focaccia

Coffee transforms and opens up to new interpretations, becoming an ingredient for original drinks to accompany focaccia. A more contemporary moment, illustrating the versatility of coffee even outside the cup.

3:00 PM - Sweet Break: Focaccia & Coffee Cream

In the afternoon, it's time for indulgence: focaccia meets a coffee cream in a proposal that combines sweetness and intensity, for a break that's out of the ordinary.

Tuesday, May 12: coffee and chocolate with Cioccolato Puro

The second day will be dedicated to the encounter between two related and complementary worlds: coffee and chocolate. Together with Cioccolato Puro, an artisanal company committed to enhancing raw materials and natural processing, Caffé Milani will offer two moments of tasting and experimentation.

11:00 AM - Comparing Origins: Coffee & Chocolate

A sensory journey focused on origins: three single-origin coffees (Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil), extracted with different methods, will be paired with three selected types of chocolate.

An opportunity to discover aromatic affinities, contrasts, and nuances, delving into the characteristics of two complex products rich in history.

3:00 PM - Gourmet Snack: Creative Coffee

In the afternoon, it's time for creativity with two gourmet coffee-based preparations: one hot and one cold, both enriched with natural creams from Vasetto, Cioccolato Puro's spreadable line.

Proposals designed for a delicious and contemporary break, with no added sugars, where coffee becomes a versatile and surprising ingredient.

By participating in TUTTOFOOD, we want to share our vision of coffee: a product born far away, but which finds its most authentic expression in Italian culture. Through collaborations, tastings, and meeting moments, the stand becomes a space open to dialogue, discovery, and experimentation!
