A quick and easy recipe to beat the heat
Summer has arrived, bringing with it sunshine and high temperatures. That's why we've come up with a simple recipe that can provide a refreshing break. These popsicles come in three variations, all with one thing in common: coffee, of course.
Welcome to summer
Besides being delicious, popsicles are beautiful to look at, colorful and imaginative, but above all, refreshing. Nothing evokes summer more than these refreshing and thirst-quenching treats, so easy to make and perfect for any time of day.
The choice of coffee
We prepared three variations of ice pops and for each one we used a different coffee from Caffè Milani's Single Origin Line. For the almond and coffee ice pop we used Pure Brazil Santos Because its delicate flavor and sweet taste pair well with the characteristics of almond milk. For the mint and coffee ice lolly, we preferred to use Pure Ethiopia Sidamo Because it's a 100% Arabica coffee with spicy notes and hints of rum, chocolate, and tropical fruit, perfect alongside the mint flavor. Finally, for the vanilla and coffee ice lolly, we chose Puro Papua Estate Plantation with a delicate and fruity aroma.
Let's prepare the almond and coffee ice lollies (for 4 ice lollies)
200 ml of regular or toasted almond milk
3 cups of coffee Pure Brazil Santos
1 tablespoon of condensed milk
Prepare the coffee and let it cool. Combine it with the almond milk and stir in the condensed milk. Mix well and pour the mixture into the appropriate molds. Freeze for at least three hours.
Let's prepare the mint and coffee ice lollies (for 4 ice lollies)
250 ml of water
75 ml of mint syrup
2 cups of coffee Pure Ethiopia Sidamo
Prepare two cups of Pure Ethiopian Sidamo coffee and, meanwhile, dissolve the mint syrup in the water. Sweeten the coffee to taste and add it to the water and mint. Stir well and pour the resulting liquid into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least three hours.
Let's prepare the vanilla and coffee ice lollies (for 4 ice lollies)
2 jars of vanilla yogurt
Half a glass of water
A spoonful of condensed milk
2 teaspoons of ground coffee Puro Papua Estate Plantation
Soften the yogurt with water and stir in the ground coffee and condensed milk. Mix well until smooth and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least three hours.
All that's left for us to do is wish you a happy, fresh, carefree summer filled with the scent of coffee!
